Final 1 Hour Growth Session with Heather
We’ll explore all areas of the business that drive revenue, growth opportunities, gap closing and we’ll launch a repeatable, effective growth process that will grow with you over time. Most importantly, we’ll teach you to be self sufficient so your growth advisory investment will be brief. For comparison, you’ll pay less than you would hour for hour a Chief Growth Officer, it will save you about 60 hours of your own time and you’ll have tremendous power over the future having been educated along the way.
After we sign the contract we’ll book our kick off call. Prior to that meeting, we’ll send areas of questions to be thinking about.
We’ll meet approximately once per week for an hour (or a few times with the hour split), we’ll both have action items between meetings so we’re making progress.
We’ll text and have brief chats throughout the week and our CEO will be available for questions (within reason) after the 8 weeks is complete so you’re continuing success.
You’ll be well on your way to understanding go to market success, what you need to do moving forward, you’ll have a plan in place and you’ll understand options.
Should you decide to build out and manage your own team armed with the knowledge you have, or hire a go to market leader to partner with you, you’ll be better empowered to manage some of the most important functions from the Executive level.
