Move Class Waiver

MOVE-Loudoun LLC (Move) Class Waiver and Release of Liability

Thank you for joining us at Move! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please review this waiver before participating in your first Move experience. This waiver applies to all classes offered at MOVE, including but not limited to yoga, mobility sessions, dance therapy, self-defense, and other Move activities.

Acknowledgement of Risk
I acknowledge and understand that participation in fitness, workshop and other movement activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strain, or discomfort. I confirm that I am voluntarily participating in these activities and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur, including those caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions.

Health and Safety Confirmation
I confirm that I am in good physical health and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in classes at Move. I agree to inform the instructor of any pre-existing conditions or injuries before the class begins. I also understand that Move is not responsible for any pre-existing injuries that may be aggravated by my participation.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities at Move, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Move, its instructors, employees, agents, or any affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that I may have for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death arising out of or in any way connected to my participation in the activities or the use of the facilities, including but not limited to injuries caused by negligence.

Virginia Law
I understand and agree that this waiver is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any disputes arising out of this waiver or my participation in activities at Move shall be resolved in accordance with Virginia state law. I agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, for any such disputes.

Photography and Media Release
I understand that Move may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. I consent to the use of my image in such media. (If you do not consent, please send us written confirmation to info@moveleesburg.com.)

Agreement to Follow Instructions
I agree to follow all instructions provided by Move instructors and staff to ensure a safe and effective experience. Failure to do so may result in withdrawal from the class, and I understand that there will be no refund or reschedule for any missed or discontinued participation due to non-compliance with instructions.

Move Class Cancellation Policy
Until the Move app is built, Move will honor one reschedule per class but will not issue a refund. If you have a unique circumstance, please email info@moveleesburg.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Acknowledgement of Policies
By making this purchase, I acknowledge and agree to abide by Move’s policies, including any cancellation or refund policies.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this waiver and release of liability. I voluntarily agree to its terms.
