We’ll send you a tailored questionnaire to help us learn about your business. It won’t take you long to fill out.
We’ll spend an hour or two learning from your answers, researching and coming up with near term and longer term areas of focus with insights within each
We’ll spend about an hour with you to discuss those ideas and get your feedback
We’ll adjust the plan and will send specific follow up instructions for where you should focus/how to do that. We’ll include any connections we’re making.
