MOVE Event Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By purchasing a ticket to and attending an event hosted by MOVE Loudoun LLC ("MOVE," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("Attendee," "you," or "your") agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not permitted to attend the event.

2. Event Ticket and Admission 2.1. Ticket Purchase. Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the specific event for which it was purchased. The purchase price includes admission, specified beverages and appetizers, and access to post-event connection services as described. 2.2. Non-Transferability. Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or used for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of MOVE. 2.3. Age Verification. You represent and warrant that you are between the ages of 35 and 60, inclusive. We reserve the right to require and verify government-issued photo identification at entry. 2.4. Right to Refuse Admission. MOVE reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is, in MOVE's sole discretion, non-compliant with these Terms, disorderly, or poses a risk to the safety and enjoyment of other attendees, staff, or venue property.

3. Attendee Code of Conduct 3.1. Respectful Conduct. You agree to conduct yourself in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times. The spirit of MOVE events is one of genuine connection and mutual respect. 3.2. Prohibited Actions. Harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to: unwanted physical contact; unwelcome sexual advances or attention; intimidation, stalking, or following; verbal abuse; and discriminatory comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability, or national origin. Any conduct that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, or interferes with the experience of other attendees is forbidden. The possession of illegal substances or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited. 3.3. Alcohol Consumption. You agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse service to any attendee who appears intoxicated. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your actions and decisions, both during and after the event. You agree that you will not operate a motor vehicle if you are impaired by alcohol and will arrange for alternative transportation. MOVE has no liability for any incidents, damages, or claims arising from your consumption of alcohol. 3.4. Consequences of Violation. If MOVE determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated this Code of Conduct, we reserve the right to immediately remove you from the event without a refund or any further recourse. 3.5. Compliance. You agree to comply with all rules of the event venue and all instructions from MOVE staff. A violation of the venue's posted rules shall be considered a violation of these Terms.

4. Post-Event Connection Service 4.1. Process. MOVE provides a confidential system for attendees to express interest in one another. Following the event, we will facilitate introductions only where mutual interest has been expressed. 4.2. Disclaimer of Guarantee. MOVE makes no guarantee that you will make any connections or that any introductions will be made on your behalf. This service is a facilitation tool only. 4.3. No Background Checks. You acknowledge that MOVE does not conduct background checks on its attendees. We do not verify the identity, background, or any statements made by attendees. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other attendees. We strongly recommend you take all necessary precautions when meeting individuals, including communicating through the service before sharing personal contact information and choosing to meet in public places. Your safety is your personal responsibility. 4.4. Data Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. All personal information you provide for the Post-Event Connection Service will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy [A hyperlink to your Privacy Policy should be inserted here]. By using this service, you consent to MOVE collecting your expressions of interest and sharing your designated contact information only with attendees for whom you have also expressed a mutual interest.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers 5.1. Assumption of Risk. You understand and agree that your attendance at the event is voluntary. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, including but not limited to, risks of personal injury (including death), illness or exposure to communicable diseases, property loss or damage, and risks arising from the actions of other attendees, the service of alcohol, and the consumption of food provided by third-party vendors. 5.2. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall MOVE Social LLC, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (a) your attendance at the event; (b) the conduct of any other attendee; (c) any personal or professional connections (or lack thereof) made at the event; or (d) any other matter relating to the event. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to waive liability for MOVE's own gross negligence or willful misconduct. 5.3. Maximum Liability. In any event, the maximum liability of MOVE to you for any and all claims arising from your attendance at an event shall be limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.

6. Photography and Media 6.1. Limited Promotional Use. To promote the event and our community, MOVE may take general photographs and videos of the event. By attending, you grant MOVE a limited, royalty-free license to use your image and likeness in its own promotional materials (e.g., our website, social media channels) for the sole purpose of marketing future MOVE events. Your name or other personal identifying information will not be used without your separate, express written consent. 6.2. Attendee Photography. Attendees may not take photographs or videos for any commercial purpose. Personal photography is permitted provided it is done respectfully and does not interfere with the event or the privacy of other guests.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 7.1. Event Cancellation by MOVE. MOVE reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, we will offer you a full refund of your ticket price. 7.2. No Attendee Refunds. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend, are removed from the event for a violation of these Terms, or are refused admission.

8. General Provisions 8.1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Loudoun County, Virginia, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein. 8.2. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MOVE Social LLC, its owners, members, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at the event or your violation of these Terms. 8.3. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect. 8.4. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MOVE regarding your attendance at the event and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written. 8.5. Force Majeure. MOVE shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused, directly or indirectly, by forces beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services. 8.6. Waiver. The failure by MOVE to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
