Body Weight Training

This 1/2 hour class uses your own body weight as resistance to build strength, power, endurance, and more. Bodyweight exercises can help improve your cardiovascular endurance and muscle strength at the same time. Coach Jessica will teach to all levels with modifications (and amplifications) for all.
