Studio rentals are booked by the hour, with a one hour minimum. Your rental time will start when you enter the studio and will end when you exit the studio. This includes setup and breakdown time so please plan accordingly.
If you need additional time to setup or breakdown, we recommend booking additional time. MOVE is an awesome place to hang out so feel free to grab some coffee or a detox juice and get some work done while you wait for your time to begin.

If there isn't another booking right after yours, let one of our team members know and we’ll extend your booking. Please understand that people book these rooms months in advance so we may not be able to accommodate.
If you run over your time you'll be charged a fee equal to 1 hour.

We protect that full amount of time especially for you and we say no to others. Because of this, we do not offer refunds.

As a small business in the early stages, we are not offering discounts (no matter how long we’ve known you, how important you are, how much we love you). However, if you’re interested in a multi-hour. multi-week or multi-year rental agreement, we’ll explore discounts with you. Please click any of the inquiry buttons on our site.

No refunds and no reschedules can be offered for peak hours (Sat and Sun 7am-6pm)

IF NOTICE IS PROVIDED BEFORE 72 HOURS OF BOOKING START TIME:
A 50% refund will be provided if booking is canceled before 72 hours of rental start time.
IF NOTICE IS PROVIDED AFTER 72 HOURS OF BOOKING START TIME:
If booking is canceled within 72 hours of rental start time, payment will be forfeited in full.For memberships please provide 30-day written notice with intent to cancel.

We protect your time especially for you and say no to others. Because of that we have to charge the fee if you decide to move your spot within 48 hours of the start time. If rescheduling prior to the 48 hour time, please contact info@moveleesburg.com or call 571-414-1559 for assistance.

We have furniture, plants, podcast equipment. We’ll continue to add to the list.
You can add products to your booking by emailing us until our booking system is live, then you can book rentals online.
All products added to your booking will be in the studio prior to your arrival so you should be ready when your booking starts.
Please return any items you used to where you found them.

Please coordinate with our staff on call. If no one is available, the answer has to be no. Even if the rooms are not booked, this could cause disruption. We’d love to accommodate so we will try if someone is immediately available from the Move team.

Nothing that isn’t easily cleaned such as flour, glitter, confetti, sand, slime, any sort of pornography. No disruptive noises or messy materials without prior approval. No pets.

We ensure each studio and space is cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. If you feel a studio is not adequately clean, please let us know. We ask that you clean after yourself and return everything where you found it - or you will be billed a housekeeping fee.

Things happen! Please let a Move team member know. While we try not to nickle and dime, we may have to replace the item which will incur a charge.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it while we are getting set up with buying gear. For the full list of lighting equipment and add-ons available to rent during your studio session, please fill out our online form or call/send an email. Once our sweet booking system is set up, it’ll be available there.

All clients and guests of clients entering the building must sign in at the front desk upon arrival. Your guests are required to understand and follow our rules as well. We ask that you are considerate of all of the people moving while you’re at Move and keep voices low.

Only things that do not leave marks. If you use command strips, please ensure they don’t strip paint or leave any marks behind.

Sorry, guys. Only Titan is allowed. Otherwise it would be chaos. If you need a dog for your photo shoot, we may make an off-hour exception in exchange for a pet addendum and fee. Please inquire.

Absolutely no vaping or substances allowed. If we suspect you are vaping or are under the influence, you’ll be asked to leave.

Our membership options are here. If you are seeking a consistent co-working space, we recommend becoming a Move Access member. With this, you will have all access Mon-Fri as well as additional member benefits which you can find here.
If you are interested in utilizing the co-working space part time, the Move Social plan offers Tues/Thurs access as well as other benefits to help you move and work in community.
We also offer drop-in passes which give you 8-5 access to all classes, coworking space, partner discounts and growth advisors on staff.

Yes. Move offers a private conference room on a first come, first served basis. You may book on our online booking system here.
