Behind the Movement with Heather Baynes, our CEO
As a wellness advocate, business leader, and entrepreneur, Heather Baynes has spent over three decades empowering people to connect with purpose, transform their lives and the lives of others. Balancing all of that and being a 100% single mom of an amazing teen has been an education in the importance of a tribe, a dose of humility and the art of integrating work, family and well-being. With deep roots in holistic health, yoga, and fitness, alongside a career in business growth leadership, she is passionate about creating spaces where wellness, career/business evolution and community impact come together.
When Heather is not working on MOVE, she is cheering at her son’s games, on “the farm” (which is really her backyard), with their epic church family, climbing the nearest mountain or surrounded by an incredible tribe of women. She tries to keep moving, stay curious and focus on living with purpose. The single mom journey taught her that trying to do it all alone isn't strength—it's exhaustion. At MOVE, she's committed to helping others discover what she learned: that your greatest growth happens in authentic community.
